Thank you Editor for your defense of Vietnam Veterans!

by Vietnam Vet
(Communist Massachusetts)

Editor --

Thank you so much for your diligence and perseverance pursuing the accuracy of this matter.

Unfortunately for our country, our political system and fellow Vietnam veterans, the story stands as reported. However, THANK YOU so much for your efforts to tell the truthful history of the Vietnam War and the unselfish service of fellow Vietnam Vets, the most maligned group in our history.

Ed.note: Thank YOU for your service, and for taking the time to post this note. I agree, it's time for the truth about the Vietnam War and our Vietnam vets to receive more media attention. Those wrongs need to be righted.

Vietnam Veterans Need to be Thanked for their Job
by: Keith R Wilde

I am a Vietnam Era Veteran. Myself and others, after getting out of the different Services, to this day never talk about it and keep all locked up, because when we go out we was "baby killers" and went to war just to kill, and got treated like sh*t. Now we have thousands of Vietnam Veterans living on the Streets because no one had the time for them, to step up to them and say thank you, and try to bring them out of what they are in. To this day I push all that behind me, the only respect I get is from other Veterans of all Wars Past and Present, we are all Heroes, to come Home, some walking, some not, and others not so lucky. But we are home and should be treated as a Hero.

Our Government got us into the Vietnam War not our Troops.
