I title the message as such, as it is our men and women in the military that make this country what it is, and helps us to grow as a nation, where it is okay to just be me. No matter who doesn't "like it".
I am proud of what our men and women are doing. I can't imagine the dedication, strength and courage you have.
Whether or not I agree with the war, that doesn't matter. What matters is that I believe in You, all of YOU.
You are willing to shed blood, for the greater good, for me. I could never find words to express how deeply this moves me. Thank you.
Editor's note: Thank you for an excellent reminder that regardless of our political views about the war, every American should thank the troops for their sacrifices to secure the freedom we enjoy.
As you so eloquently point out, "It's not about the war, it's about the warrior."
