As the days tick down to election day, more and more information is surfacing to indicate that Barack Obama may be very close to pulling off the fraud of the century on American voters. Allegations of fraud have surfaced on many different levels. But conveniently for the Obama camp, the results of any investigations will be delayed until after the election, thus helping to carry out the wholesale hoodwinking of the American public. If Obama is elected, and all these investigation results become public afterwards, the only possibility to remove him from office is impeachment. How likely is that with a Democrat-controlled Congress? And if it's successful, then we're stuck with Joe Biden as President. An election-season joke claims that Obama chose Biden as his running mate as "assassination insurance." Maybe he's also "impeachment insurance?" What's Wrong With Obama? The mainstream media in this country has already labeled Obama "the One," and is loath to report anything negative about their chosen one, no matter how well-documented it is. And the Obama camp has been very successful in keeping down criticism by labeling everyone who dares to criticize him a racist. Folks, it's not racist to point out facts, regardless of the person's skin color. No one was called racist for pointing out shady associations and actions of either of the Clintons. So why would it suddenly be racist to point out similar facts about Barack Obama? It isn't. This is just one example of the Obama machine's manipulation of the American people, by playing the race card themselves. They've managed to use it as a very effective weapon. As these stories have surfaced over the past few weeks, we've written various articles about them. But "the whole is worth more than the sum of its parts." Only by looking at all these things together can you get a real feel for the Barack Obama fraud who would be President. Each story, on its own, is dismissed by the Obama campaign for one reason or another. Maybe it's just us bitter folks clinging to our guns and religion, but we think they're important. When you, as an American voter, charged with the responsibility of selecting our leaders, review all these charges, can you honestly draw the conclusion that these claims are irrelevant, and that giving the man the benefit of the doubt is worth staking the future of our nation on the risks they highlight? One thing is for sure -- there are some important things about Barack Obama that are being hidden from the American public. He seems to be pretty much an empty suit, blessed with the gift of great oratory. To quote a phrase from the classic Mel Brooks comedy Blazing Saddles, uttered by the inimitable Slim Pickens, Barack Obama "uses [his] tongue purtier than a twenty-dollar wh*re." There's no doubt, the man has the gift of being an engaging speaker. And if you just listen and accept his words without thinking, it all sounds good. The problem comes when you start realizing what his words mean. Repeatedly, his words and his actions don't match. When we were growing up, we were taught that people whose words and actions don't match are called liars. The Ultimate Jedi Mind Trick If you'll indulge us one more movie reference, what's been going on between Barack Obama and voters reminds us of the scene in the original Star Wars, where Luke Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi get stopped by a couple of Stormtroopers. Stormtrooper: Let me see your identification. Seems to us that's exactly what's been happening every time someone questions the Obamessiah -- we're told we don't need to see his ID, these are not the "facts" we were looking for, we should just move along and go about our business. But there's just too much at stake for us to give Obama the kind of free pass that most of the media has given him. So let's take a look at the disturbing information that has recently come to light. So, What are the Allegations? Character Counts, and Characters Count It is true that we are known by the company we keep. We tend to gravitate towards people who are like us. Let's face it, if your neighbor's kid (not yours, of course) is hanging around with a crowd that's known to be into drugs, what's the likelihood that he's not doing drugs, too? That's right -- non-druggies don't hang out with druggies. Just like the "cool" kids don't hang out with the "uncool" kids. One of the troubling things about Barack Obama is the list of characters he's associated with. He keeps waving his hand and telling us we don't need to see his ID with regard to these people -- they're just "people he knows." Uh-huh. Sorry, but the Force is just not strong enough in "that one" for us to believe it. Barack Obama wants to be Commander-in-Chief of our military forces. Yet if he had to pass the same background investigation to get the security clearance required for the members of "The President's Own" Marine Band (Top Secret - White House Access), chances are very good that he could not. And it wouldn't be because he has admitted drug use in his past. It would be because of his associations, the "characters" in his circle, and the fact that they include a man and his wife who both were domestic terrorists attacking this country and its citizens. The list of characters:
Buying the election? Who's supplying the money behind the Obama juggernaut? If we elect Barack Obama, who will wield the power of the White House? Aren't we entitled to know -- BEFORE we vote? One likely source of large amounts of Obama's funding is billionaire leftist George Soros, who also funds organizations like MoveOn.org. Barack Obama has raised unprecedented amounts of money, with his campaign boasting about the fact that much of it has been donated by individual donors in small amounts, $25 to $100, in an attempt to make it appear his appeal is more widespread. Unfortunately, it seems that much of that money may have been contributed illegally. Under federal election law, donors of "small amounts" (less than $200) do not have to be individually reported by the candidate. But several sources have reported serious improprieties in those small donations to the Obama campaign. Many instances were found of donors giving fake identities, like "Good Will" and "Doodad Pro," and entering gibberish in the blanks for their occupation and employer. Some of these donors gave far more than the legal limit of $4600 ($2300 for the primary, and another $2300 for the general election) in small increments, yet the Obama campaign made no effort to return the excess amounts until the allegations were brought to light and an investigation was launched. Many of them still haven't been returned. Then there's the problem with illegal foreign contributions. The candidates can legally accept donations only from U.S. citizens. The Obama campaign allegedly made no attempt to determine whether its foreign donors (who listed obviously foreign addresses) were U.S. citizens. Many are probably not, like the pair of brothers in the Gaza strip who bought more than $33,000 of Obama t-shirts to be shipped to Gaza, knowing that their purchase was a campaign contribution. Voter registration fraud Alleged voter registration fraud by ACORN has become a problem, with documented reports of ACORN paying people to register multiple times, and registering people using false names and names of deceased voters. One young man was interviewed on TV who admitted he'd registered 72 times at the behest of ACORN, even though he told them he'd already registered. And they paid him with cigarettes. In Nevada, they registered the Dallas Cowboys offensive line. How many of you think that Tony Romo will vote in Nevada? And in Florida, they registered Mickey Mouse. What does that have to do with Obama? His campaign paid ACORN more than $800,000 to register new voters. Apparently enough press was generated over ACORN's activities that the FBI and a federal prosecutor are conducting a RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) investigation in Illinois, which could include Obama, Pelosi & Reid. Can't you just see the headlines? "President and House leadership indicted for racketeering." A RICO suit has already been filed in Ohio. Interference with Current Administration's Efforts Talk about audacity -- while Obama was in Iraq on his highly publicized whirlwind tour this summer, he met with Iraqi leaders, secretly urging them to stall on the status of forces agreement until after the election, and once he was President, he would "take care of it." Who wrote Obama's book? Writer and producer Jack Cahsill has asserted that Obama didn't even write his own autobiography, the widely-touted Dreams From My Father. Cashill noticed what appear to be two different voices speaking in Obama's book, and couldn't help noticing that the prose style closely resembles that of unrepentant terrorist William Ayers in his own book, Fugitive Days. In a three-part series, Cashill develops detail after detail which, when taken together, seem fairly convincing that Obama did NOT write the entire book, and that many parts of it were written by someone else. After comparing the two books, he concludes that the same person wrote much of Obama's book, Dreams, and Ayers' book. That person most likely was William Ayers. You know, the guy Obama dismissed as "just some guy who lives in my neighborhood." Just the fact that someone else helped him write his book is no big deal. Lots of "celebrities" have ghost writers. But most are acknowledged. For example, right on the cover of "Faith of My Fathers," it says, "John McCain with Mark Salter." The big deal is that Obama has attempted to pawn off the book as his own work, and that the person who likely wrote much of it is that "guy in his neighborhood" he claims not to have much of a relationship with. The lies and cheating and deceit seemingly never end. Didn't we have enough of that in the Clinton White House? This man has no experience that would qualify him to be President, and too many questionable connections that would prevent him from getting a security clearance to play in the President's Band. He wants to spread YOUR wealth around, while spreading around very little of his own. He's a Marxist and a Socialist, and he's not somebody we want in the White House. He lacks the character to be President. As his running mate Joe Biden pointed out, a President Obama would invite a major international incident to "test" him sometime within the first year of his term. Why in the world would we as Americans want to issue that invitation? On the other hand, the world knows what kind of leadership it can expect from a President McCain, so such a "test" would be far less likely. So, our vote is NOBAMA! You can learn more about Barack Obama on our Barack Obama pages. Checks and Balances What a nightmare it would be for all three branches of our government to be controlled by the far left Democrats. Pelosi and Reid are already carrying on a circus in the Congress. With a Democrat in the White House, there would be nothing to keep them in check. And the next President is likely to make one or more nominations to the Supreme Court. If that President is Obama, you can expect far left judges who are willing to legislate from the bench (create new law) rather than "upholding the Constitution," which they (and the President) swear an oath to do. Obama has already been heard lamenting that during the Civil Rights movement of the 1960's, the Supreme Court didn't really get into the issue of redistribution of wealth. They're not supposed to! But that comment gives us a good idea about the kind of judges he would appoint. Remember about a year ago, when people were saying, "Anyone but Hillary?" Well, be careful what you wish for. And if you thought Hillary in the Oval Office would be a nightmare, just imagine her on the Supreme Court for the next 20 years or so! That would be the same Hillary who was fired from her first job as a lawyer in 1974 for being dishonest and unethical. Our founding fathers carefully created a system of checks and balances in our government, creating three branches with equal power, so that no one branch could spiral out of control without some checks in places by the other two branches. So imagine a President Obama in the White House, which is the Executive Branch; Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid in charge of the Congress, or the Legislative Branch; and two Supreme Court appointments by Obama (the first of which has likely been promised to Hillary), in the Judicial Branch; and you have all three branches of our government controlled by Democrats. That alone should be a good enough reason for electing a Republican President! John McCain, a Lifetime of Service But the reasons for electing John McCain run far deeper than that. John McCain has spent a lifetime in service to our country, first for 22 years in a U.S. Navy uniform, and then 4 years as a Congressman and 22 years in the Senate. That's longer than Senator Barack Obama's entire life. John McCain's history is well-documented. He's passionate, opinionated, outspoken, and stubborn. He's also very shrewd, and knowledgeable about the issues confronting our nation, particularly with regard to foreign policy. He understands the costs of war better than most of us, both from his own personal experience as a POW for more than 5 years, and from the perspective of a parent, because he has sons serving in the military now. McCain's youngest son, Jimmy, is a Marine who recently returned from a tour of duty in Iraq. Son Jack is a First Class Midshipman (Senior) at the U.S. Naval Academy. We believe the most important character trait in a President is integrity. There is no doubt that Senator John McCain is a man of integrity. As a POW, with serious injuries in need of medical treatment, John McCain had the integrity, the honor, the strength of character to turn down an offer of early release from the hellhole known as the Hanoi Hilton. That singular act defines his character. How many of us would have possessed that much strength? It would have been easy for McCain to accept the offer of early release, and head back home for medical treatment and an earlier start on rehabilitation from his injuries. Had he done so, his injuries would have been far less severe. Because he turned down their "generous" offer, McCain was horribly tortured, for most of the rest of his stay in Hanoi. So why did he do it, knowing he would be subjected to severe beatings as a result, and that his injuries would continue to go untreated? The answer can be summed up in one word: HONOR. You see, there's a Code of Conduct for military members. One part of that code says, "I will accept neither parole nor special favors from the enemy." For POWs, one of the things that means is that one must not accept the offer of release before those who were captured earlier than you. John McCain knew that. He also knew that if he were to accept the offer of early release, his captors would make the most of it in propaganda designed to show how "humanely" they were treating our POWs. John McCain was a high-profile prisoner, as the son of the Admiral in charge of U.S. naval forces in the Pacific. So the North Vietnamese would have made the most of the opportunity to publicize how "kind" they were to release the Admiral's son. But John McCain was a man of honor and integrity. So he told them, "Thanks, but no thanks," and endured numerous beatings as a result. That's the kind of man we want as our President -- a man of character, principle, integrity. One who's willing to make sacrifices to keep our country strong and safe. To us, his position on any particular issue is far less important than the strength of his character, and the knowledge that he will do what he believes is the right thing to do, regardless of personal consequences. During the Congressional debates about the troop surge in Iraq, when he was the lonely voice supporting it, you may have seen him explain that he'd "rather lose and election than see our country lose a war."
