[Military-Money-Matters.com] Never Forget
September 11, 2014

September 11, 2001 -

Do you remember where you were when you heard the news? I'm guessing your initial reaction was something like mine - shock and disbelief that someone could be so evil as to kill all those innocent victims that day, in such a horrific way, solely because they were Americans, or were on American soil.

Thirteen years later, we're still faced with radical Islamist militants (despite Obama's protests to the contrary) who kill American citizens in horrific ways, just because they are Americans.

When are we going to wake up, stand up, and say ENOUGH! Before the current administration took office, America was the strongest super-power in the world, and demanded respect. Sadly, that's no longer true. Obama has shown weakness at every opportunity, and is working diligently to fulfill his campaign promise to "fundamentally transform America." And it has emboldened others, like Putin.

But do we share his vision? Will America be better after his transformation? If the past six years have been any indication, the answer is "Not only no, but HELL NO!"

We owe it to those innocent victims whose lives ended so horrifically that day to fight the forces of evil that caused their deaths, with every resource available, and with conviction to eradicate that evil from the face of the earth. And to all those brave men and women who have given their lives trying to do so since that day, despite increasingly restrictive rules of engagement.

Now, more than ever, we need to stand together as Americans and tell not only the rest of the world, but our "leaders" as well, "We're not gonna take it any more. Stand by for the full force of power of the American military."

We need to tell the politicians in Washington, "Get out of the way, and let our warfighters do their jobs, which they are more than capable of doing without your interference, so Americans can remain free." We must crush that evil where it lives, or it will come to us.

We must make sure they understand:

"We will not waiver; We will not tire;

We will not falter and We will not fail."

-- President George W. Bush

We need to commit ourselves to restoring America to the great nation it once was, and to the super-power it used to be, a beacon for the world.

We owe that to the innocent victims of 9-11-2001, and to the victims of the Benghazi attack on 9-11-2012, and to all those brave men and women who have given their all in defense of freedom.

I pray there will come a day when we no longer NEED to remember the evil that came to America on September 11. Until then, NEVER FORGET.

Thanking all of you for your military service,
